Project Description
The construction of a large dwelling consisting of six bedrooms and six bathrooms, including living space comprising of a living room, kitchen, dining room and study.
The home was traditionally built with natural stone walling and slate roofs with split levels.
Challenges
An extremely confined site situated in the rear garden of an existing dwelling closely populated with trees with Tree Preservation Orders on them. The site entrance was extremely narrow. These problems were overcome by employing very tight control over deliveries to avoid flooding the site with excess materials.
