The ward was stripped back to the structure.

The areas where then finished to an exceptionally high clinical standard.

Challenges

The works were completed on L floor, several stories up in the main tower block for RH Hospital.  Logistical planning was carried out to ensure all waste out and materials in was transferred to and from the site without disturbing the hospitals activities.

Our site manager was in liaison with various departments adjacent the site to agree times for noisy works so as not to disturb the departments.

Drain connections on the floor below were carefully co-ordinated to minimise patient disruption.
