Project Description

Conversion of Church into Offices and I.T. facilities including installation of precast concrete floor.

Refurbishment of existing Community Hall.

Construction of Atrium to link the two buildings.
External works including new carpark.

The lighting, heating, air conditioning and intruder alarm.

Swipe card door entry system to all Offices.

Challenges

A BMS system was installed allowing the lighting, intruder alarm, heating and ventilation to be controlled remotely from the site using the internet.

This avoided the necessity for staff to attend to provide access, turn on the heating and lights etc.
